Academic environments inhospitable to LGBT students, faculty, and staff also have stilted scholarship, teaching, and outreach in the pursuit of knowledge about LGBT lives.

Good overview of sexual orientation ration

Good overview of sexual orientation ration, gender identity, and LGBT issues facing higher education learning and student services. I wish the authors dived more into intersectionality or an overview/comparison of serves LGBT student services provide, but this journal issue is a good start for people who are interested in LGBT higher education services.
