Will change your life for the better

Rachel provides easy to follow guiding concepts of ways to improve your morning routine. My personal story - I always told myself the night before, "Tomorrow will be the day that I wake up early and accomplish everything I want to accomplish!" Then comes 6am and I tell myself, just 20 minutes more, just 10 minutes more and I snooze myself all the way until I have to rush to get out the door.

I read the reviews and figured, it's 99 cents, I spend more money on things that are useless so why not take a bet on something that can actually improve my life. And I have to say, this book really did change me for the better. I think what's great about it is that there are not strict guidelines which make you feel guilty for not doing something a certain way. Over the past week, I only had one morning where I snoozed the alarm and what was funny was that I actually DREAMT of my morning routine, which just shows me how much my body does want to get up early and accomplish more.

Get this book if you want to build a morning routine - the book is easy to read (you can do it in one sitting) and the writing is personable and conversational. And it's only 99 cents - you probably lose more change in your couch.

I swear my day was better because of it

Unlike most books in this niche, this one didn't focus a lot on the theoretical and jumped straight into a bunch of actionable stuff. Because of this the method of creating a morning routine can be instantly used right after reading, all you need to do is make a list of the techniques you want to try and start using them. I finished the book one day and used the techniques the next morning, I swear my day was better because of it!
